Adelaide’s premier flower house brief to GAAS was to design and fabricate a 20ft shipping container retail space to feature in the centre of Rundle Mall, Adelaide CBD’s main pedestrian mall. Surrounded by superior retail outlets including Mecca, Peter Alexander, Apple, David Jones, The Body Shop et al, the container shop was not to have the obvious appearance of a shipping container, rather, be a functional, compact, aesthetically beautiful, and secure florist outlet.
